All content provided in the app, including but not limited to word cards, example sentences, definitions, translations, audio files (MP3), vocabulary lists, and generated PDFs, is the exclusive property of gumiho.me unless otherwise stated.
This content is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial language-learning purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or use beyond personal learning is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from gumiho.me.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Gumiho.me reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Premium access is provided via a 30 days payment processed by Stripe. All payment terms are described on the subscription page. No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.
The service is provided “as is.” Gumiho.me makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
